Feel Safe. Feel Whole.

When Your Nervous System Heals,
Your Community Thrives!

What if you stopped trying to fix yourself?

You're not broken. Your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. Your energy is blocked. Your subconscious is running patterns you didn't choose.

LavéCo is a Detroit-based nonprofit where that changes—through community events, wellness workshops, and Moon Ceremonies rooted in science, spirit, and nervous system regulation.

Our priority is launching WeTiTu in fall 2026, a social-emotional learning program that teaches emotional regulation and decision-making in schools, creating accessibility to nervous system regulation tools for 700 students, staff, and parents.

This is where the cycle ends and your real life begins.

Feel safe. Feel whole. This is how we build what lasts.

Founder & CEO

Lavé Hall

After three inpatient mental health hospitalizations, I discovered what the world never taught me: your body knows how to heal itself. Through energy healing and nervous system regulation, my life transformed. My 2020 Bipolar I diagnosis became the catalyst I needed to become aware of my thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns.

I've since experienced tremendous success, yet I have loved ones very close to me who continue to struggle with their mental health. That contrast became my calling to build something I needed to mitigate mental health challenges.

LavéCo is a Detroit-based nonprofit making nervous system regulation accessible to those who need it most. I founded it to fund WeTiTu because children deserve the tools I didn't learn until my late 20s—at no additional cost to parents or schools. Launching in a Detroit charter school in fall 2026 to serve approximately 700 students, WeTiTu teaches human skills through human connection, not solely computer screens, because unregulated nervous systems struggle to learn from a laptop.

An Assistant Vice President at a global bank, University of Pittsburgh graduate (BS Economics), certified Reiki Master, former Detroit Pistons dancer, and active community volunteer, I'm building what I needed: a world where no one endures the chaos of severe mental health struggles without access to tools that transform lives.

When people feel safe within, they create safety in the world.
